Rebecca Conradi
Rebecca Conradi received her J.D. and MBA (Tax) from Golden Gate University in San Francisco California. She has been in solo practice in the area of wills, trust, estate planning and probate law for over 20 years.
- Certified as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.
- Selected for inclusion in Northern California Super Lawyers each year from 2005 to present.
- Memberships: State Bar of California, Trusts and Estates Section; EBTEL (East Bay Trust and Estate Lawyers).

Michelle M. Zetah
Michelle joined Conradi Law in 2016. She advises clients in all matters of estate planning, including preparing wills, trust agreements, powers of attorney for financial and health matters, probating estates, advising fiduciaries in all aspects of trust administration, and preparing estate tax returns for taxable and non-taxable estates. Prior to joining Conradi Law, Michelle was a manager at Andersen Tax where her practice area focused on tax consulting and compliance for individuals, fiduciaries, family offices, and closely held businesses. She worked with clients and their attorneys to create and implement estate and gift tax plans. This experience is invaluable in her transition to practice in the area of wills, trust, estate planning and probate law as she understands the administration of trusts and tax consequences of creating trusts.
