Rebecca Conradi
Attorney at Law
Rebecca has been in private practice for over 25 years, exclusively in the area of estate planning and administration. She is committed to helping each client plan for the future – or deal with loss – in a complex, ever-changing legal environment. She has tremendous respect for her clients’ willingness to address often-challenging circumstances. Rebecca brings a wealth of experience to every client interaction.
Rebecca has been certified by the State Bar of California as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law since 1998. The certification process involves a comprehensive examination, extensive continuing education, and periodic peer review. Rebecca has also been selected to Northern California Super Lawyers every year since 2005 – an honor bestowed on just five per cent of attorneys. In addition to her law degree, Rebecca has an MBA in Tax, which she considers essential to practicing in this area of the law – almost every estate planning decision has income, gift, estate, and/or property tax consequences.
Rebecca and her husband Chip are long-time Oakland residents who raised their four children there. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys hiking around the Oakland hills, exploring the many trails of Tahoe (on foot, skis, or snowshoes) and traveling all over to spend time with her extended family.
